Vanesia D. Kelly, DNP, MBA-HCA, FNP-C
Dr. Vanesia D. Kelly is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience, including the last six years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). As the founder of Vital Access Health & Wellness, Dr. Kelly brings a patient-centered approach to care, blending clinical expertise with a deep commitment to health education and wellness.
Dr. Kelly provides evidence-based, comprehensive care for adolescents and adults aged 12 and older, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Francis Marion University, exemplifying her commitment to clinical excellence, leadership, and lifelong learning.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Kelly is passionate about empowering her patients through health education, exploring topics in wellness and medical aesthetics, and maintaining a balanced life through travel and spending meaningful time with her family and friends.
